You can use the Panda Pass within one year from the moment of purchase. After the first use, this Barcelona Card is valid for three calendar days.
After completing your purchase, you will receive a unique code associated to your Panda Pass. This code will allow you to reserve a spot for free in each of the experiences when you’re ready to start using it. It is an easy and flexible Barcelona Card!
All our tours are monolingual and operated in English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese (except for the Montserrat tour, which is available only in English). You can take the tour in your preferred option at no extra cost with this Barcelona Card.
You must reserve your spot for each of the experiences at least 24 hours before. In the case of Sagrada Família, we recommend reserving your spot as soon as possible, since the experience is subject to availability. Ideally, we recommend to book this experience at least 72 hours before.
No, the Panda Pass is non-refundable. However, you can use this Barcelona Card within a year from the date of purchase in case your plans change. If it hasn’t been used, we can also arrange a transfer to a different person.

Yes. Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully:
-The Panda Pass can be activated within one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
-The pass is activated once you reserve your spot for the first experience.
-The rest of the included items can be booked within three calendar days from each other. For example, a customer who books the first experience for March 1st, 2023, will be able to book the other experiences for March 1st, March 2nd or March 3rd, 2023.
-The Panda Pass can be purchased for another person as a gift. In that case, please send an email to info@thetouringpandas.com after completing the reservation with Name, Email and Phone number of the receiver.
-Activated cards cannot be transferred to another person.
-The Panda Pass is non-refundable. Once your reservation is confirmed, we cannot refund your order.
-If a Panda Pass has not been activated and you wish to transfer it to another person, contact info@thetouringpandas.com and we will assist your case as best we can.
-The Panda Pass is a unique virtual pass with a unitary cost. Customers who don’t use one or more of the items included are not entitled to any partial refunds.
-In order to guarantee a spot for each of the experiences, it is recommended to reserve your spot at least 72 hours in advance.
-Each of the tours is ultimately subject to availability. If one of your tours is not available for a particular date or time, we will do our best to accommodate an alternative time slot within your 3 calendar days window.
