About our Colosseum Tour
Embark on a journey through Rome’s glorious past starting with one of the jewels of the Roman Empire: the Colosseum. For two millennia, this milestone of human civilization has stood its ground at the heart of the eternal city, one of the most vibrant metropolis of modern and ancient times.
Our meeting point is next to the Via dei Fori Imperiali. The experience starts with an introduction to the history of the eternal city from the terraces that overlook the remains of ancient Rome’s political and institutional centre. Next, your guide will escort you past the ticket lines of the Colosseum to explore the amphitheater and unveil its fascinating history.
The Colosseum Tour part offers three options: on the regular tour, you’ll visit the 1st and 2nd levels of the Colosseum. The second option replaces the 1st and 2nd levels with the Arena, an area with limited availability and panoramic views of the monument from the ground where gladiators fought their battles. The third option is the complete tour with access to both the 1st and 2nd levels, and the Arena floor.
In addition to the Colosseum tour, this experience grants access to the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill. The Roman Forum, located in the heart of ancient Rome, stands as a testament to the rich cultural heritage of ancient Rome. The Forum’s architecture and layout reflected the grandeur and power of the Roman Empire, with impressive temples, basilicas, and government buildings lining its pathways.
Third on your day will be the Palatine Hill, the most central of Rome’s Seven Hills, where according to legend, Romulus founded the city. The hill is home to impressive ruins that marvel travelers from around the globe and continues to shrink visitors’ hearts as they wander through this unique urban landscape.
Our Rome’s Colosseum tour allows you to explore these iconic landmarks in a convenient way. After a guided tour of the Colosseum’s rich past, from gladiator battles to ancient Roman architecture, you will have 24 hours to visit the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill at your own pace.

Few monuments in the globe are as impressive as Rome’s Colosseum. After almost two thousand years, this amphitheater still stands to marvel at the millions of people that visit it every year.
Walking through the Roman Forum, you may have the feeling that an earthquake just shook the foundations of ancient Rome. This used to be the heart of ancient Rome political and institutional life, which set the basis for Western modern democracies. You can visit the Roman Forum before or after the Colosseum at your own pace.
This is the actual spot where the history of Rome began. According to the legend, it is in this hill where Remus and Romulus were fed as babies by the capitoline wolf, and where later Romulus founded the city in the year 750 BC. Not only Romulus, but then many great emperors built their houses on this hill in the center of Rome, where we can still appreciate their remains. You can visit the Palatine Hill before or after the Colosseum at your own pace.
