These Terms & Conditions explain how you can use our website and what to expect when booking a tour or experience with us.

 

1. About Us

The Touring Pandas offers guided tours and cultural experiences through this website. When you browse or make a booking, you’re agreeing to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. Please review all of them before using our services.

These Terms may change over time, so we recommend checking back regularly. The version that applies is always the one in force at the time of booking.


2. About You – the User

Anyone who visits, browses, or uses our website is considered a User. By doing so, you agree to:

Use the website only for legitimate bookings and inquiries.

Not make false or fraudulent bookings. We may cancel them and inform authorities if needed.

Provide accurate and lawful contact information.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into contracts to make a booking.

In case of differences between translations, the English version of these Terms will apply.


3. How to Book

You can book tours directly through our website by following the steps in our booking flow. When you proceed to confirm a booking, you’ll be redirected to a secure checkout environment (managed by FareHarbor) to finalize your booking.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. We’ll also keep you informed about any updates related to your tour (like schedule changes).

Receipts of purchase are sent automatically by email. Invoices are sent by email on request.

Before booking, you’ll see all the important info like price, itinerary, and cancellation policy. Confirming a booking means you accept those terms.


4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include taxes.

A booking fee may be added by FareHarbor, our secure booking partner. This will be clearly shown before you pay.

Prices may change, but once you’ve booked, your price is locked in.


5. Fixing Mistakes

If you spot an error during your booking (like a typo in your name or date), don’t worry. You can make changes in your booking confirmation or reach out to us using the contact details above.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans change! Here’s how cancellations work:

By default, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the tour starts for a full refund (unless stated otherwise in the description of a particular tour).

Some experiences may have stricter policies due to logistics or third-party services – these will be shown clearly before you book. In the case of experiences with specific cancellation policies described, these apply.

You can cancel directly using the cancellation button in your confirmation email or by contacting us.

As long as you notify us before the deadline, we’ll refund your payment within 14 days, using the same method you used to pay.

⚠️ No refunds are possible if:

You cancel less than 24 hours before the tour (or the deadline specified in the description of any given experience).

The service has already started or been completed.

You are late to the tour, or simply you don’t show up.


7. Our Responsibility

We do our best to provide you with a great experience, but sometimes things happen that are outside our control. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for:

Issues not caused by us, such as airline delays, traffic disruptions, or other external factors that may cause personal delays.

Unexpected monument closures or changes in opening hours.

Inaccuracies in personal details provided by the User, especially in the case of monuments that verify the identity of every visitor.

Minor differences between how a service is described online and how it appears in real life, as long as these do not significantly impact your experience.

Internet, power, or system failures that are outside our control.

Events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies. If something like this occurs, we may need to reschedule your booking, and we’ll do our best to offer a suitable alternative.

If an experience is disrupted — for example, due to monument closures or other events that prevent an activity from operating — and we are not able to find an alternative date or time, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, based on the portion of the activity that could not be delivered.

Occasional Schedule Adjustments

On rare occasions, the start time of your experience may change slightly due to operational reasons:

If the new departure time is within one hour of the original time, no refunds will be issued.

If the change is greater than one hour and you’re unable to attend, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund.


8. Communication

We primarily communicate by email or messaging apps like WhatsApp. By booking with us, you agree that these digital communications are considered valid and legally “in writing.”

For this purpose, only the email address and telephone number provided by you at the time of booking will be considered valid contact details. The Touring Pandas is not responsible for unread messages or missed communications resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Waivers

If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms right away, that doesn’t mean we’re giving it up. We still reserve the right to enforce it later.

 

10. If Something Isn’t Valid

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest will still apply.


11. Full Agreement

These Terms (plus any booking-specific info) are the full agreement between you and The Touring Pandas. Anything said before — unless it’s included here — doesn’t count as part of the contract.

12. Your Data

We care about your privacy. Any personal data you share with us is handled according to our Privacy Policy and relevant laws like the GDPR and Spain’s data protection rules.


13. Governing Law

Spanish law applies to all bookings and use of this website. Any legal issues will be handled by the Spanish courts.


14. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
