1. Meeting point: The Touring Pandas office
Our tour starts at our office in Barcelona, just a few meters away from the Sagrada Familia. Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and take advantage of our staff to get recommendations for other tours and things to do in Barcelona.
2. Sagrada Familia – Nativity facade
The old facade represents the birth of Jesus, that’s why it’s called the Nativity facade. On this side, nature takes over and the sculpture work makes Sagrada Familia look like the entrance to a spiritual forest full of secrets that our guide will unveil for you.
3. Interior of the Sagrada Familia
Get inside the Sagrada Família and feel the goosebumps the moment you step in: it’s like nothing you’ve ever seen before. With our fast-track ticket, you don’t have to stand in line! Finish your tour comfortably and marvel at the lights coming in through the stained-glass windows.
4. Passion facade
The new facade is called the Passion facade, and it represents the crucifixion of Jesus. The sculptures in this facade are sharp and full of symbolism: our guides will explain all the hidden details! At the end of the tour, you’ll have free time inside the temple until closing time.
5. End point: Climb to the towers

The way up the towers is covered by an elevator. The way down is covered on foot, and there are over 400 steps.
- Pregnant women, visitors suffering from claustrophobia, vertigo, and similar situations are not eligible for this tour.
- Children under 6 years old can’t access the towers.

- Please arrive at our office 10 minutes early for check-in. Latecomers and no-shows can’t be accommodated.
- Joining with children? Children aged 0-10 are eligible for child tickets. From 11 years old, an adult ticket is required. The staff at Sagrada Familia requires age proof at the entrance. Please bring a valid ID for them to ensure a smooth entry at the Basilica. Children under 6 years old are not allowed to climb the tower.
- Dress Code: As the Sagrada Familia is a sacred space, please ensure that your shoulders and knees are covered to meet the entry requirements.
- Eventual tour disruptions: the towers may close unexpectedly for reasons out of our control, such as strong winds, rain, or elevator maintenance. In such cases, the tour will depart as planed and a refund of 10€ per person will be granted as compensation for missing our on the towers.

Is this a multilingual tour?
The tour is monolingual in the language you select at the time of booking. You can choose from English, Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.
Will we enter the Sagrada Familia?
Yes! We begin outside, where your guide will share the history and set the stage for your visit. You will then enter via fast-track access to explore the interior, discover the secrets of the facades, and learn about the vision Gaudí captured in his masterpiece.
Can I enter on my own and meet the guide inside?
The entire group must enter together with the guide. Due to Sagrada Familia’s security regulations, it is not possible to join the tour once the group has already passed the security checkpoint. We’ll see you at the meeting point so we can all head inside together!
Which areas are included in the tour?
The tour covers the surrounding area, entrance fees, the facades, the museum, and the interior. The tower climb is the final part of the experience. Your guide will provide all the instructions and your tickets, but you will go up the tower on your own to enjoy the views at your own pace.
Which tower will I visit: Nativity or Passion?
The Sagrada Familia management assigns the towers based on availability. Both offer stunning views.
Are there any age or physical restrictions for the towers?

How do I get to the Sagrada Familia?
The Sagrada Familia is very well-connected. The fastest way to arrive is by Metro (Lines L2 or L5), getting off at the “Sagrada Familia” station. If you are staying in the city center, it is also a very pleasant walk.

How do I check in on the day of the tour?
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Simply show your confirmation email to the guide; they will ask for your name and handle the check-in process for you.
Are tips for the guide mandatory?
Tipping is entirely voluntary. It is up to each participant to decide if they would like to show their appreciation for the guide’s hard work with an extra gratuity.
