Explore the History of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter
Explore the hidden corners of Barcelona’s old town with this Barcelona Gothic Quarter Tour. This is a small group tour of 1-12 pople, so you can enjoy Barcelona in comfort. Our local guides will take you to the ultimate selfie points in a neighborhood that has been full of life since the Romans founded the city more than 2.000 years ago.
The meeting point is at Plaça Catalunya, the center of Barcelona and the frontier between the new and the old city. As a starter of the tour, you will start walking down la Rambla, the most famous promenade in Barcelona that was a river in the past: curious to know more? Once you enter in the Gothic Quarter, you’ll spot some of the oldest Roman remains of Barcelona before we arrive at the Cathedral, Plaça del Rei, and other highlights in one of the oldest areas in Spain.
